This level of roasting maximizes a strong coffee flavor and rich aroma. It is characterized by its low acidity and great aftertaste.
These beans are custom-roasted, meaning that we will only roast them after you place your order. It doesn't get any fresher!
Our coffee will have a "Roasting Date" where our roaster certifies when your coffee was actually roasted and bagged. For best results, we recommend that you use the coffee within 6 months of the roasting date and within 30 days after opening.
